The Objectives and Scope page format dialogue allows you to format and configure the Objectives and Scope view to display the content you want to show.
The controls are logically grouped together into various tabs.
The Objectives and Scope view provides a series of pages in which to display information related to the project’s scope. Seven categories of information can be displayed:
The View Settings tab allows you to determine the page layout for these categories of information. You can display the seven categories of information in the view in two ways:
You can also choose whether to show “status balls” for each bullet point on each page. These status balls allow you to communicate status/progress against each bullet point. To change how “complete” each status ball is just click on it, and it will move from an empty circle to ¼, then ½, then ¾, then fully filled in).
Finally you have to option to show gridlines separating one bullet point from the next.
The Bullet Font tab allows you to set the font, font style and font size for the bullet point text on the Objectives and Scope view page that is currently open.
This font setting is page specific in order that you can select the most appropriate font given the amount of text on each page. If you want to change the font on all the pages in the Objectives and Scope view, you need to change the font on each page individually or tick the "Apply to all pages in the view" checkbox.
The fonts for the Title text above the bullets can be set using the Title Fonts tab in this same dialogue.
The title font dialogue allows you to set the font, font style and font size for the title text in the blue header rectangles on each page (e.g. Objectives, Key Questions etc).
This font setting is page specific in order that you can select the most appropriate font given the amount of text on each page. If you want to change the font on all the pages in the Objectives and Scope view, you need to change the font on each page individually or tick the "Apply to all pages in the view" checkbox.
The fonts for the bullet text below the titles can be set using the Bullet Fonts tab shown above.
