Undoes the last action

Redoes the action that has just been undone
Shortcut = Ctrl+Y

 

Deletes the selected item (or text) and places it on the clipboard so it can be pasted
Shortcut = Ctrl+X

 

Copies the selected item (or text) and places it on the clipboard so it can be pasted into Swiftlight or other applications
Shortcut = Ctrl+C

 

When in an area of Swiftlight with multiple bullets (e.g. Objectives and Scope view, the Page Header, Activity Group headers, Activity Group Summary table etc), "Copy All" will copy all the available bullets in the relevant cell / area to the clipboard so that they can then be pasted elsewhere in Swiftlight or to other applications.

 

Pastes the item (or text) that is on the clipboard at the place specified
Shortcut = Ctrl+V

 

Deletes the selected item (or text)
Shortcut = Ctrl+D

 

Hides the selected item. The item remains in the file and it is visible in other views

 

Opens the unhide dialogue so you can see which items are currently hidden. You can then select which items you would like to make visible again

 

Opens the find dialogue to allow you to search the file for particular items of text
Shortcut = Ctrl+F

 

Opens the find dialogue to allow you to search the file for particular items of text and replace with new text
Shortcut = Ctrl+H

 

Opens the Merge Activity Groups dialogue to allow you to combine the content of multiple Activity Groups into one new Activity Group

You can select as many Activity Groups as you would like to combine together by selecting multiple rows in the in the list box at the bottom. The resulting new Activity Group will have the name you provide in the textbox and specific characteristics (such as start and end dates) will be taken from the selected master Activity Group

 

Select and deselect the toolbars that you would like to be visible from the available list (all four toolbars are on by default):

• Standard � usual options from the File and Edit menus
• Formatting � usual text formatting options such as bold, italics, etc.
• Sorting � allows you to quickly order tables and lists of bullets
• View Types � quick navigation to various views
